We collect the following personal data: full name, email address, and optionally your topic of interest. When you make a purchase, our payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) collects the data necessary to complete the transaction; this data is not stored on our servers.
Purpose of processing
Your personal data is used to: (1) respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form; (2) process art edition acquisitions; (3) send communications related to your purchase.
ARCO Rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights). To exercise any of these rights, send an email to info@carogarza.com with the subject line "ARCO Rights" including: your full name, a clear description of the data you wish to exercise your right over, and any document verifying your identity. We will respond within 20 business days.
Data retention and deletion
Contact data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@carogarza.com.
Data residency
Contact emails are processed by Resend, Inc. (United States). Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (United States). We do not store payment data on our servers.
Cookies
This website does not use first-party cookies. When making a payment, Stripe may set technical cookies necessary to complete the transaction.
