Shipping
Giclée editions ship rolled in a rigid tube, sleeved in archival paper, anywhere in Mexico for a flat $250 MXN with tracking. Dispatch occurs within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Original works are quoted and coordinated individually via WhatsApp.
International shipping
Online orders currently ship within Mexico only. For orders from the United States or elsewhere, message us on WhatsApp and we will quote shipping with duties and taxes included before you confirm.
Returns & damage
Each edition is individually produced and inspected, so all sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged or with a production defect, report it via WhatsApp within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece; we will send a replacement of the same edition number at no cost. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
