Carolina Garza, fine artist, Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. Contact via any WhatsApp button on this site or through the contact form. Every purchase is confirmed in writing before payment.
Domestic shipping
Giclée prints ship rolled in a rigid tube, sleeved in archival paper, anywhere in Mexico with tracking. Shipping cost depends on the destination and is quoted before you confirm your purchase. Dispatch occurs within 10 business days of payment confirmation. Original works are quoted and coordinated individually via WhatsApp.
International shipping
Online orders currently ship within Mexico only. For orders from the United States or elsewhere, message us on WhatsApp and we will quote shipping with duties and taxes included before you confirm.
Returns & damage
Each print is made to order and individually inspected before dispatch, so returns for change of mind are not accepted and all sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged in transit or with a production defect, report it via WhatsApp within 72 hours of delivery, with photos of the packaging and the piece. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost or, if a replacement is not possible, a full refund. When the piece needs to be returned due to verified damage or defect, return shipping is covered by us. This policy does not limit your statutory rights under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC).
